Returns Policy

You may return problem items within 30 days of delivery for either a replacement item or a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item simply email a digital 72dpi picture of the problem item to returns@onclick.com.au Subject: "Refund Request" along with a short outline, point form is fine of the problem. Upon receipt of your email and picture we'll be in touch within 24hrs (during EST business hours), usually sooner with our conclusion. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received your request.

The nature of the problem, greatly assisted by a digital image, will determine whether the goods need be returned to OnClick Design or not to obtain a replacement or full refund for the item in question. Once approved, a refund can be processed within 48hrs of initial notification being received if made via internet bank deposit. This timeframe cannot be assured for other methods of refund - e.g. cheque in the mail.  Timeframe for delivery of a replacement item is dependant on the production times available.  Priority is given to the processing of replacement item(s).  You will be notified via email once your refund has been paid or your replacement item dispatched.

Shipping

OnClick Design can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please contact us for an international shipping quotation.

There are however restrictions imposed by a handful of global destinations which can cause some products, when shipped, to be delayed or, in a worst case scenario, not to be delivered at all. OnClick Design takes no responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond our control.

To obtain a quote for shipping your order to your destination use the "calculate shipping & handling" text link that appears in italics on the "Your Shopping Cart" page which is the first page to appear once you've added the item to your cart.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound/kilo.

Deliveries that are returned to us due to incorrect address details being given or where there is no-one to receive the delivery a redelivery fee may be charged for returned items to be re dispatched.
